Ive heard people say it depends on the ticket and what seat number is located on it (obviously) lol However others are saying that it doesnt matter you can sit anywhere you like, call me a dumbass for asking this question because obviously it seems to good to be true sit anywhere you like lol but can you? lol

It depends on what match you are going to watch and what stage of the tournament it is. If your watching a low key match that isnt sold out, then generally you can move from your allocated seat to a better one if they arent taken by someone else.

If its a sold out match, like Rafa or Fed then you get the seat you paid for! Obviously you can pay more for better tickets too!

On the official matches of an Open then no. Your ticket cost determines where you sit, for example:
$100 - back
$200 - middle
$400 front

On other matches it depends. For official ones, it definately depends on your ticket cost.
