Are there any drills to help with serving/any tips

Go up against a wall, with ur racket, & extend ur arm as far as u can without going onto ur tippy toes.
That is how high u ought to be throwing the ball up.
Next just practice holding ur hand/racket up to that height & throwing the ball up with a straight arm to that height. Again, that is how high u should /always/ be throwing the ball.
Start tapping the ball with the racket & get used to hitting by going ON TOP of the ball. Not boinking it upward.
l would talk to ur coach/tennis instructor for more tips, depending on ur level what l just told u could be completely useless.

The first step is to develop a correct toss. Toss the ball up many times until you get the hang of it. Then work on making contact with the ball. Start at the service line and just hit, not worrying if it goes in the box or not. Once you feel that you have the correct motion and are hitting pretty soilid, then back up to the baseline and try it from there. Repetition is the onyl way to get better!
